Digital Inspection Reports.

With your service, we also send out digital inspection reports via text or email for you to look at the health of your car.

These reports will include photos, videos, and notes directly from the technician, so you can see exactly what the technician does.

We believe these digital inspection reports not only help educate our customer but also help us track issues over time, such as progression of leaks and wear of parts, and give us the ability to better serve you for the life of your car.

Pre-Purchase Inspections

Our 50 point inspection includes the engine, brakes, suspension, wheels, tires,  clusters, faults, paintwork, any frame damage present, bulbs out, oil, A/C, etc. This service normally takes our technicians about an hour and a half to complete, but once the technician has completed their inspection, we will provide you with a digital report that includes pictures and recommendations. We will also include written estimates for any repair(s) that may be noted, which can be an asset to you when negotiating with your seller.  We also let you know how we feel about the car in general, letting you know if we think it’s a steal or a pass. Nothing like having a professional opinion before making a major purchase!

We use OEM filters and Full Synthetic oil (which meets or exceeds manufacturer specs). We can provide specialty oils upon request at an additional cost. Please call for pricing before making an appointment.

Tire Mounting & Balancing

  At European Auto Garage, we use the latest Hunter Auto34 tire mounter when handling your tires. This machine is special because it will never make contact with your wheel, and is a perfect mount every time. Our balancer is no slouch either. It provides roadforce balancing to get the most annoying vibrations taken care of and will even let us know if the wheel or tire is bent .

For most cars, we will use 3M adhesive weights. These weights are mounted on the inside of the wheel, so you don’t have a tacky weight hammered onto the outer part of the wheel. In rare instances, a weight on the outer part of the wheel cannot be avoided, but that is ok, we have special tricks for that too.
